SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All prices at Toasted Sundays include taxes but exclude shipping and handling fees, calculated at checkout. Orders ship via Sendle and typically take 2-3 business days to process. If there's any delay, we'll notify you by email.

While we strive for timely delivery, Toasted Sundays isn't responsible for shipping delays after parcels leave our premises. A tracking number will be emailed via Sendle. For lost or significantly delayed parcels, please contact Sendle directly. We cannot be held liable for late or missing deliveries if valid shipment proof and tracking details are provided.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, used candles can't be refunded or exchanged. We don't offer refunds or exchanges for custom candles or change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@toastedsundays.com with proof of damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll happily arrange a replacement or refund for items damaged during transit.

We accept returns for full-priced items only, providing store credit valid for 12 months from issue. Store credit can be used toward any online purchase. Please ensure your return meets our guidelines for acceptance.
